Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty.

In order to return the product it is necessary to contact customer service communicating your afterthought.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the return authorization confirmation and the procedure.

Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product at the address:

The costs for shipping the return will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer.

Following the confirmation by the manufacturer of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days. If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money. Span> p>

In case of delivery of the damaged product and visible from the outside, you must not accept the goods from the courier and therefore communicate the refusal to our customer service. In the event that it is damaged when the package is opened, it is necessary to document with photos and send the email requesting its intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a new supply or integrate it only with damaged products.


How will the money be returned?

Refunds are made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was made with payment methods on delivery, the customer's bank details will be required to proceed with the refund by bank transfer. The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, even in foreign currency, are converted into Euros following payment.
