Terms and conditions of the service

1. Validity

These conditions govern the sale and supply of products from T-Mask to you. T-Mask may modify these conditions in the future. Any changes to the current conditions will be communicated by e-mail to registered users and will have immediate effect from the moment of their publication on the site.

2. The contract between you and T-Mask

There is no commitment between you and T-Mask until T-Mask has sent you an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and its acceptance. T-Mask has the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies concerning the goods or orders that appear on the T-Mask website.

3. Prices and availability

The prices of T-Mask products are clearly indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT. The shipping cost must be added to the price of the product, the amount of which varies according to the quantity and weight of the total order, as well as the delivery method. The price and availability data shown on the T-Mask website are subject to change without notice, but the price indicated when ordering is valid for payment.

4. Product delivery

T-Mask will deliver the products ordered to the address you indicated during the order confirmation. All delivery times shown on T-Mask are estimates based exclusively on normal order processing and on delivery times declared by carriers. The couriers used do not make prior calls or manage requests for shipments at particular times. As an indication, without this implying any constraint for T-Mask and except in cases of force majeure, the goods will be delivered by T-Mask to the courier within 24 hours (working days).

5. Liability

T-Mask does not assume any responsibility for the inefficiencies attributable due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented , in whole or in part, to execute the shipment within the times agreed in the contract. T-Mask will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract (for the reasons mentioned above), having the consumer entitled only to the refund of the price paid. Likewise, T-Mask is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties, of checks and other means of payment, when paying for the purchased products.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty, within and no later than 14 days from delivery. Are excluded from the legislative decree the subjects not classifiable as consumers, that is those who act for purposes related to the professional activity that may be carried out, i.e. the VAT applicants invoice. The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline, upon authorization request to the e-mail address info@tmask.it. After confirming the return authorization, you have 10 days to entrust the goods to the courier, otherwise the terms for the return will lapse and you will no longer be entitled to any refund. The returned products must not be used, they must reach us intact, not worn or stained, they must be in the original packaging, complete with labels and any other possible component. Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable. In the event of a return, the customer can request a refund by credit or cash voucher. The credit voucher is issued immediately after the return procedure is concluded and can be used for a future purchase on T-Mask. In the case of a cash refund, the same method used for the payment of the order will be used: if the purchase was paid by credit card / PayPal account, the refund will be made directly to the card / account with which the payment was made, while if the order was paid using the Cash on delivery method (Cash on delivery), the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer. The cash reimbursement issue can take up to 14 days. Once the goods are received and after checking the conditions, T-Mask will calculate the refund value and notify the customer. The basic refund amount will be equal to the sum of the purchase prices of the returned products. If a discount voucher has been used, the discount component relating to the products returned affected by the discount voucher will be subtracted from the basic refund amount. This component will be calculated proportionally using the formula: Discount value / Amount of products affected by the discount voucher * Amount of returned products. The discount coupon is never refundable. If a credit voucher has been used, the discount component relating to the returned products can only be reimbursed through a new credit voucher, while the remaining part can be reimbursed by credit voucher or in cash. The discount component relating to the returned products will be calculated proportionally using the formula: Discount value / Ordered products amount * Amount of the returned products. The value of the credit voucher can never be converted into cash. Attention: in the event that the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the products will be retained at our office. The customer will take care of organizing a shipment for the collection of the goods at his expense.

7. Obligations of the purchaser

The consumer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general conditions, which, however, it will have already viewed and accepted at the time of registration and / or confirmation of the order. 7.1 These general conditions can be updated or modified at any time by T-Mask, which will communicate them by e-mail. The consumer undertakes and obliges, whenever there is a modification of these general conditions, to provide for their printing and storage. 7.2 It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to insert false, and / or invented, and / or invented data during the purchase and registration procedure. The personal data and e-mail must be exclusively their real personal data and not of third parties, or fantasy. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data of third parties. T-Mask reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. 7.3 The customer relieves T-Mask of any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, the customer being solely responsible for the correct insertion. Since it is not possible for T-Mask to verify the veracity of the data sent to us and the real age of our customers, the buyer assumes full responsibility by implicitly declaring, by confirming the order itself, that he has reached the age of majority.
